Whether you're here to unwind on the porch with a cup of coffee, explore nearby hiking trails, or curl up by the fireplace, this cabin is an ideal getaway.
Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting space featuring wood accents and stylish yet cozy furnishings. The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals, and the different living areas are perfect for relaxing with family or friends. The cabin sleeps up to 8 guests, with comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms for your convenience.

Just a short drive from Breckenridge, you'll have easy access to hiking, skiing, and other outdoor adventures, while still enjoying the peace and solitude of your mountain escape.

***The Cabin:
With 2 bedrooms and living room spaces on each floor as well as the loft with a large seating area, this house is ideal for one or two families or groups up to 8 people. The different entertainment areas provide ROKU TVs on each floor, many different board games as well as a foosball table.
**Bedrooms:
All of our bedrooms have new and comfortable mattresses, dressers and closets with ample space for your clothes and shoes. Three bedrooms feature queen-sized beds and the fourth bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds.
**Bathrooms:
There are bathrooms located between the 2 bedrooms on the ground floor as well as on the main floor. The bathrooms are accessed via the hallway between the bedrooms. The bathroom on the ground floor has a large shower and the bathroom on the main floor a bathtub. Washer and dryer are located in the main floor bathroom.
There is an additional full bathroom with a shower off the sunroom adjacent to the hot tub.
All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and conditioner, towels and hairdryers.
**Kitchen and Dining Area:
The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it perfect for preparing meals. There's ample counter space for food prep, and all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils are provided. Coffee lovers have a choice of drip coffee or French press (coffee is provided) and a Keurig machine with a selection of Keurig capsules are located in the little coffee bar on the ground floor. Those who prefer tea will find a stylish electric kettle and a tea pot (black tea is provided). Adjacent to the kitchen is a cozy dining area with a stylish table and seating for 8. Whether you're enjoying a quick breakfast at the kitchen bistro table or a family dinner, it offers a comfortable space for meals and gatherings.
***Hot Tub:
The hot tub is located on the deck, conveniently accessible from the sunroom and close to the third bathroom. We are located in a neighborhood designed for dark-sky brilliance, which makes stargazing an unforgettable experience, especially while soaking in the hot tub.
***Additional notes:
- No pets!
- Please remove outside shoes inside the house to keep our floors and rugs clean
- No smoking of any kind in the house
- Space to park up to 3 vehicles in the driveway
- This house requires you to climb stairs - please be mindful if you are of limited mobility
- Absolutely no open fires due to the high risk for wildfires. If smoking on the deck, don't flick your cigarette butt off the deck but extinguish completely and dispose of in the trash.
***Good to know:
- Our cabin is surrounded by nature. While the property is regularly serviced by pest control, it cannot be avoided that a small critter will occasionally make its way into the house.
- Wildlife: it is quite likely that you will see wildlife including moose, deer, foxes, minks and maybe even bears. Please do not feed the animals and do not approach moose but observe from a safe distance.
- Make sure to not leave food in the cars or outside the house. Dispose of trash in the bear-safe garbage can and make sure that it is securely locked to prevent bears from rummaging though the trash during the night.
- No AC: it typically does not get very hot in the house, even in the height of summer. Open the windows for cool mountain air and use the fans in the loft to help circulate the air.
